Willard Lee Moore

Willard Lee Moore, age 89, passed away Saturday, Feb. 28, 2015 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Willard was born on June 4, 1925 to his parents the late Hillard Moore and Mary Kidd. He was the husband of Sarah Elizabeth Kendrick Moore, a machinist, and a member of the Pentecostal Full Gospel Church. He also served his country honorably in the U.S. Army during World War II. Along with his parents, Willard was preceded in death by one sister, Rosemary Williamson, and one brother, George McKinney. In addition to his wife, Willard is survived by one brother, Paul Dean McKinney and one sister, Gaynell Leboba, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Tuesday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Church services will be Tuesday at 7p.m. Burial will follow in the Evergreen Cemetery in Ohio.
