Oscar Stepp

Oscar Stepp, age 87, passed away Thursday, March 5, 2015 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Oscar was born on June 27, 1927 to his parents the late Ireland Stepp and Anna Kennedy Stepp. He was the husband of Margaret Fraley Stepp, a retired employee for N & S Railroad, and a member of the Mary Elizabeth Old Regular Baptist Church. He also served his country honorably in the U.S. Army. Along with his parents, Oscar was preceded in death by three children, Angela Stepp, Anthony Stepp, and Lisa Stepp, four brothers and two sisters. In addition to his wife, Oscar is survived by one brother, Rudolph Stepp, one sister, Doris Green, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Sunday at 6p.m. at the Mary Elizabeth Old Regular Baptist Church. Church services will be Sunday and Monday at 7p.m. The funeral will be Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at 11 a.m. at the Mary Elizabeth Old Regular Baptist Church with Old Regular Baptist Ministers officiating. Burial will follow in the Stepp Family Cemetery at Hatfield, Ky.
