Elizabeth Tackett

Elizabeth Ann Tackett, age 69, passed away Thursday, March 19, 2015 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Elizabeth was born on October 9th to her parents the late Harry Wade and Hazel Rider Wade. She was the wife of the late Arnold Everett Tackett, and a retired nurse for Pikeville Methodist Hospital. Along with her husband and parents, Elizabeth was preceded in death by one brother, Jay Hugh Wade. Elizabeth is survived by two daugthers, Nancy Tackett and Charlotte Tackett, one brother, Kenneth Wade, two grandchildren, and a host of loving family and friends. A private family service will be announced at a later date.
