Norma Jean Stanley

Norma Jean Dimeck Stanley, age 77, passed away Thursday, April 16, 2015 at the Highlands Regional Medical Center. Norma was born on Sept. 9, 1937 to her parents the late Norman Dimeck and Francis Swisher. She was the wife of the late Kenneth Wayne Stanley, a mobile home consultant for Keene's Manufactured Homes, and a believer of the Old Regular Baptist Faith. Along with her husband and parents, Norma was preceded in death by one son, Kenneth Wayne Stanley Jr. Norma is survived by one son, Robert Wayne Stanley, two daughters, Peggy Eileen Charles, Deborah Sue Charles, twenty one brothers and sisters, six grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Friday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Church services will be Friday and Saturday at 7p.m. The funeral will be Sunday, April 19, 2015 at 1:30 P.M. at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Rob Ratliff Cemetery at Elkhorn Creek.
