Dawn Marie Compton

Dawn Marie Compton, age 53, passed away Saturday, April 25, 2015 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Dawn was born on March 6, 1962 to her parents Shirley Bodoh Durham and the late Eugene Durham. She was the wife of Earmel Compton, a homemaker, and a member of the Pentecostal Church. Along with her father, Dawn was preceded in death by one sister, Verna. In addition to her husband and mother, Dawn is survived by four brothers, Robert Durham, Scott Durham, Robert Terrelias, Rick Durham, and one sister, Linda Durham, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Tuesday at 5p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Church services will be Tuesday and Wednesday at 7p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. The funeral will be Thursday, April 30, 2015 at 1p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Ron Daugherty officiating. Burial will follow in the Ballard & Raney Hunt Cemetery at Toler, Ky.
