Josephine "Jo" Austin

Josephine "Jo" Austin, age 78, passed away Saturday, May 16, 2015 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Jo was born on April 25, 1937 to her parents the late Everett Robinson and Alma Spears. She was a retired bank teller. Along with her parents, Josephine was preceded in death by one brother, Johnny Robinson. Josephine is survived by one son, Teddy Austin, four sisters, Kathy Mattingly, Marie Blackburn, Elizabeth Wakeland, Jeannie Robinson, one grandchild, Harley Austin, and a host of loving family and friends. The funeral will be Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at 12 noon at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Burial will follow in a private family Cemetery.
