Belva Jean Damron Dotson, age 72, passed away Wednesday, July 15, 2015 at her home. Belva was born on Feb. 16, 1943 to her parents the late James Damron and Mossie May Damron. Belva was the wife of Dan Dotson, a homemaker, and a member of the Fed's Creek Baptist Church. Along with her parents, Belva was preceded in death by one son Jeffrey Allen, and one sister, Lucille Mullins. Along with her husband, Belva is survived by four daughters, Roberta (Jimmy) Musick, Dedra (Tom) Phillips, Sandra (Ernie) Fuller, Dana Dotson, two sisters, Hazel Little, Helen Garbash, two brothers, Bobby Damron, James "Spurl" Damron, six grandchildren, Vanessa Turner, Shelley Allen, Danielle Musick, Matthew Fannin, Brooke Fannin, Emily Fannin, one great grandchild, Natalie Taylor, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Thursday at 6p.m. at the Fed's Creek Baptist Church. The funeral will be Friday July 17, 2015 at 12 noon at the Fed's Creek Baptist Church with Lloyd Holland officiating. Burial will follow in the R.H. Ratliff Cemetery at Shelbiana, Ky.
