Mary Mageline Phipps

Mary Mageline Phipps age 84 of Rockhouse, Ky. passed away Friday July 31,2015 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Mary was born May 26,1931 to her parents, the late Arthur and Mary Coleman. Mary was a homemaker and was member of the Rockhouse Unity Freewill Baptist Church. Along with her parents Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Everett Phipps, one daughter Lesa Phipps, three brothers, Elmer, Kermit and Blake Coleman and one sister, Ollie Harmon. Mary is survived by two brothers, Clifford Coleman, Carl Coleman, four sisters, Rubie Adkins, Geraldine Phipps, Laverne Coleman, Lois Damron, two grandchildren, Megan (Chris) Childress, Matthew Smith and a host of family and friends that love her and will miss her dearly. Visitation will be Sunday August 2,2015 6 p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Funeral will be Monday August 3, 2015 at 12 noon at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Special Services will be Sunday night 7 p.m.
