Ramona Hackney

Ramona Sue Blair Hackney, age 67, passed away Monday, October 5, 2015 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Ramona was born on July 26, 1948 to her parents the late Jessie Edward Blair and Betty Jo Lewis Blair. She was the wife of the late Buford Gail Hackney, a homemaker, and a member of the Met Baptist Church. Ramona is survived by two daughters, Kimberly Sue (Gary) Watson, Rebecca (William Matthew) Bevins, five sisters, Louise (Ronnie) Curd, Rachel (the Late B.J. ) Thacker, Georgia (the late Rodney) Watson, Helen (Bill) Henry, Jeannie (Gary) Bartley, three grandchildren, Kirsten Paige Bevins, Joshua Michael Johnson, Jordan O'Neal Johnson, anda host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Wednesday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Church services will be Weds and Thurs at 7p.m. The funeral will be Friday, October 9,2015 at 2p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Bill Henry, Bill Scaggs, and Jody Thompson officiating. Burial will follow in the Johnson Memorial Park.
