Con Bentley

Con Bentley, age 70, passed away Friday, October 9, 2015 at his home. Con was born on Dec. 11, 1944 to his parents the late Wilburn Bentley and Sarah Belle Johnson Bentley. Con was a retired coal miner for Bethlehem Coal Company, and a member of the Church of Christ. Along with his parents, Con was preceded in death by one infant brother, Don Bentley. Con is survived by three sons, James Wilburn "Jimmy" (Stephanie) Bentley, Ron (Molly) Bentley, Danny Jason (Jenny) Bentley, six daughters, Madonna (Tom) Keathley, Condra Gaye Bentley, Talisha (Sammy) Nelson, Sheena (Chris) Johnson, Brittany (Daniel) Blair, Cheyenne (Mouse) Bentley, two brothers, Donald & Darrell Bentley, three sisters, Sylvia Sowards, Rebel Bevins, Bertina Bentley, twenty three grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and a host of loving family and friends who will miss him dearly. Visitation will be Saturday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Church services will be Saturday and Sunday at 7p.m. The funeral will be Monday, October 12, 2015 at 1p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Bentley Family Cemetery at Long Fork.
