Genevieve Ratliff

Genevieve Ratliff, age 90, passed away Sunday, Nov. 1, 2015 at her home. Genevieve was born on March 6, 1925 to her parents the late Arvid Ratliff and Sadie Bartley Ratliff. She was the wife of the late Palmer Ratliff, a homemaker, and a member of the Harold Church of Christ. Along with her husband and parents, Genevieve was preceded in death by six brothers and sisters. Genevieve is survived by one daughter, Wanda (Jim) Ratliff Williams, James (Jackie) Ratliff, Jerry (Donna) Ratliff, one brother, Blake Ratliff, one sister, Virginia Dare Garber, six grandchildren, Steve (Rebecca) Williams, Tambra Williams, Chad (Amy) Ratliff, Cindi (James) Lewis, Gabe Ratliff, Ami (Todd) Lakin, eleven great grandchildren, three special caregivers, Misty Morrow, Cora Smith, and Cam Bentley. Visitation will be Monday from 6p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Immanuel Baptist Church. The funeral will be Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2015 at 11a.m. at the Immanuel Baptist Church with Michael Sanders officiating. Burial will follow in the Johnson Memorial Park.
