Donna Bentley

Donna "Janie" Bentley, age 58, passed away Friday, Nov. 20, 2015 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Donna was born on Feb. 4, 1957 to her parents the late Hershel Hamby and Jane Sears Hamby. She was the wife of Luther Bentley, a homemaker, and a believer of the Christian Faith. Along with her parents, Donna was preceded in death by one brother, Bobby Hamby, and two sisters, Betty Bentley, and JoAnn Bray. Along with her husband, Donna is survived by one son, Christopher (Belinda) Bentley, one daughter, Jennifer (Michael) Sizemore, six brothers, Paul, James, Glen, Roger, Pete, & Donald Hamby, three sisters, Ruby Ramey, Emma West, Peggy Scalf, six grandchildren, Dakota Sizemore, Austin Sizemore, Shawn Sizemore, Bradley Bentley, Alisha Bentley, Corbin Bentley, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Saturday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Church services will be Saturday and Sunday at 7p.m. The funeral will be Monday, Nov. 23, 2015 at 12 noon at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Randy May officiating. Burial will follow in the R.H. Ratliff Cemetery.
