Billy Gene Thacker

Billy Gene Thacker, age 54, passed away Monday, Nov. 30, 2015 at the Pikeville Medical Center. He was born on Nov. 23, 1961 to his mother, Arlene Williams. Billy was preceded in death by his grandparents, Russell Thacker and Maggie Norman Thacker, one brother, Cornelius Thacker. Along with his mother, Billy is survived by three sisters, Tina Adkins, Lois Adkins, and Amy Jean Thacker. Visitation will be Monday 5p.m. to 8p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. The funeral will be Tuesday, Dec. 1, 2015 at 12 noon at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Alfred Adkins officiating. Burial will follow in the Annie E. Young Cemetery.
