Jacqueline Tackett Taylor

Jacqueline Tackett Taylor,90 of Pikeville died Friday, December 11, 2015 at the Pikeville Medical Center. She was born in Shelbiana Ky, November 18,1925, to her parents, the late Frank Tackett and Frances Tackett Simmons. Jacqueline was a housewife and mother and was a member of the Faith First Baptist Church at Jimmies Creek. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Taylor Sr.,two brothers, Don Tackett, Reid Tackett and grandson Billy Joe Bevins. She is survived by one son, Roy Taylor Jr.(Teresa) of Wolfpit and four daughters, Sally Bevins of Pompey, Judy Stewart of Thomasville, NC, Shirley Roberts of Wolfpit and Maudy Taylor of Pikeville, eight grandchildren, twenty-four great-grandchildren and thirteen great-great grandchildren.Graveside Services will be held at the Annie E. Cemetery at 1pm Sunday, December 13, 2015 with Pastor Charles Justice officiating. Burial will follow services.
