Elizabeth Bowens

Elizabeth Louise Bowens age 42, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 16, 2015 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Elizabeth was born on May 20, 1973 to her parents the late Melvin Bowens and Etta Stanley Bowens. She was manager at the Dollar General Store. Along with her parents, Elizabeth was preceded in death by one sister, Susan Bowens. Elizabeth is survived by three sisters, Pam Gullett, Ernestine Damron, Cindy Stanley, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Thursday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Church services will be Thursday and Friday at 7p.m. The funeral will be Saturday, Dec. 19, 2015 at 1p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Gary Stanley officiating. Burial will follow in the Stanley Family Cemetery.
