Farrah Chapman

Farrah Tennille Chapman, age 39, passed away Sunday, Dec. 20, 2015 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Farrah was born on Sept. 27 1976 to her parents, Garry Keith (Phyllis) Thornsberry and Glenda Justice (Corky) Dossett. She was the wife of Anthony Michael Chapman, and a beautician at Blondie's Barber Shop. Along with her husband and parents, Tennille is survived by one son, Keith Michael Chapman, one daughter, Marlee Tandem Coleman, two brothers, Chad and Shane Thornsberry, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Monday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Visitation will also be on Tuesday at Lucas & Son Funeral Home. The Funeral will be Wednesday Dec. 23, 2015 at 1p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Davidson Memorial Garden at Ivel, Ky.
