Donnie Lee Ratliff

Donnie Lee (Cowboy) Ratliff, age 53, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 23, 2015 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Donnie was born on Nov. 27, 1962 to his parents Paul Ratliff and Linda May Ratliff. Donnie was a member of the Gulnare Freewill Baptist Church and owner of Trucking Company. Along with his parents, Donnie is survived by his loving fiancee', Shona Belcher, three sons, Patrick (Emily) Ratliff, Chandler Belcher, Ben Belcher, his twin brother, Danny Ratliff,one sister, Pam (Keith) Bartley, one granddaughter, Zoe Ratliff, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Wednesday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Church services will be Wednesday at 7p.m. The funeral will be Thursday, Dec. 24, 2015 at 11a.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Stacy Stepp officiating. Burial will follow in the Annie E. Young Cemetery.
