William Keith Ratliff

William Keith Ratliff, age 45, of Shelby Gap, Ky, passed away on Saturday, January 16, 2016 at the Hazard Bluegrass of the Hospice Center. He was born on April 30, 1970, the son of the late G.C. and Florine Potter Ratliff. in addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by two brothers. Keith is survived by a Son, Rhetley Childers, by a Daughter, Morgan Ratliff, by a brother, Michael Ratliff and by three sisters, Judy Ratliff, Madolyn Ratliff and Loretta Creech. Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 16, 2016, after 6 p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Sunday at 1 p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Phil Hines and Jerry Overstreet officiating. Burial will follow in the Rob Ratliff Cemetery at Elkhorn Creek. Special services will be held on Saturday night at 7 p.m.
