Lona Johnson Potter Hall

Lona Johnson Potter Hall age 98, of Jenkins, Ky. passed away on Saturday, January 23, 2016 at her residence. She was born on September 6, 1917, the daughter of the late Shelley B. Johnson and Martha Johnson. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband, Bill Potter, five sisters, Lola Beverly, Lela Kelly, Billy Blackburn, Bobby Dingus, and Mary Agnus Johnson and by three brothers, Shelley B. Johnson, Jr., Harold R. (Sonny) Johnson and Earl Scott Johnson. Before her retirement Lona had worked at Bill Potter Motors, Inc. and was a member of the Old Regular Baptist Church. Visitation will be held on Monday, January 25, 2016, from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Monday at 2 p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Dolph Kelly officiating. Burial will follow in the Kelly Cemetery at Shelby Gap
