Billy Bartley

Billy Bartley age 75 of Elkhorn City,Ky passed away February 5,2016 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Billy was born January 19,1941 to his parents, the late Victor and Gertrude Rose Bartley. Billy was a disabled Coal Miner, a member of the Jenkins Mason Lodge an the Pikeville Mason Lodge, served in the U.S. Army and was a member of the Hylton Freewill Baptist Church. Along with his parents, Billy was preceded in death by one son William Anthony Bartley, one sister Judith Slone, and his In-Laws, Lawrence and Lula Cook. Billy is survived by his wife, Mary Cook Bartley, one son Robert Victor Bartley,two daughters, Lisa LuAnne Cure, Valerie Jean Bartley, two sisters, Christine Lucas, Wilma Kelly, six grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and a host of family and friends who love him and will miss him dearly. Visitation will be Saturday 02-06-2016, 6 p.m. at the Hylton Freewill Baptist church. Funeral will be Monday 02-08-2016, 1p.m. at the Hylton Freewill Baptist Church with a Masonic Rites service. Special Services will be Sunday 7p.m. Burial will be in the Cook Cemetery, Marion's Branch,Ashcamp,Ky.
