Clinton Robinette, age 86, passed away Wednesday, March 9, 2016 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Clinton was born on May 10, 1929 to his parents the late Liburn Robinette and Fannie Stanley Robinette. He was the husband of Nina Robinette, a disabled coal miner and he served our country honorably in the United States Army during Korean War. Along with his parents, Clinton was preceded in death by four sisters and five brothers. Along with his wife, Clinton is survived by two daughters, Debbie Clevinger, Vickie Jenkins, two sons, Donnie Robinette, Dwayne Robinette, one step son James Charles Hall, one sister, Ernestine England, seven grandchildren, two step grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Friday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Church services will be Saturday at 7p.m. The funeral will be Sunday, March 13, 2016 at 1p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Mark Justice and Levi Coleman officiating. Burial will follow in the Annie E. Young Cemetery.
