Betty Jo Barbe

Betty Jo "Aunt B" Barbe, age 71, passed away Thursday, April 14, 2016 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Betty was born on July 19, 1944 to her parents the late Farley Justice and Josie Thacker Justice. She was the wife of the late John Melvin Barbe, a retired employee for Pikeville Medical Center, and a member of the Old Regular Baptist Church. Along with her husband and parents, Betty was preceded in death by four brothers, Montward Justice, Jessie Justice, Estil Justice and Farley Justice Jr., and two sisters, Hilzie Lee Justice Hall, and Oleta Rose Justice Mullins. Betty is survived by one brother, Homer Justice, and a host of loving nieces, nephews, family, and friends who will miss her dearly. Visitation will be Saturday at 6p.m. at the Greasy Creek Old Regular Baptist Church. Church services will be Saturday and Sunday at 7p.m. The funeral will be Monday, April 18, 2016 at 12 noon at the Greasy Creek Old Regular Baptist Church with Claymon Adkins and others officiating. Burial will follow in the Halbert Cemetery at Printer, Ky.
