Juanita Meeks

Juanita Victoria (Lowe) Meeks of Frozen Creek Road, Raccoon, KY 41557 went to meet her Lord and Savior on May 11, 2016. She was born January 31, 1947 to the Late Alonzo Taylor Lowe and Ida Bell (Blackburn) Lowe of Raccoon, KY. She leaves behind 3 children, Billy Hayes Thompson (Candice) of McKee, KY, Jeania Maria Shearer (Alan) of Nicholasville, KY, and Gene David Taylor Meeks of Raccoon, KY. She had 4 Grandchildren, Dalton Cantrell, Bethany Bradshaw, Shayanna Hutchinson, and Tessa Thompson. She is preceded in death by 3 Brothers, William Eugene Lowe, James Ester Lowe, and Moses Fonso Lowe(Novella). She is survived by 2 Sister, Lois Fisher, and Helen Harrison(Bill) and by 5 Brothers, David Hayes Lowe, Joseph Paul Lowe (Judy), Alonzo Taylor Lowe (Alicia), Arthur Lindale Lowe (Sharon), and Dover Lee Lowe(Loretta). She also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, and grandnieces, and grandnephews that she adored and loved with all her heart. She was a loving mother, sister, aunt, and friend to anyone that knew her. Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 12, 2016, after 6 p.m. at the Grassy Freewill Baptist Church at Raccoon, KY. Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. at the Grassy Freewill Baptist Church with Morgan Chapman and Lester Moore officiating. Burial will follow in the Bent Ridge Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the U.S. Bank on behalf of David Meeks.
