Dale Creig Mullins

Dale Creig Mullins, age 69, passed away Friday, June 3, 2016, at the Pikeville Medical Center. Dale was born August 14, 1946 to his parents the late Fonso Mullins and Verna Mullins. Dale was a coal miner for Mullins and Sons. Dale was husband of the late Linda Lee Mullins. Dale is survived by four sons David Craig Mullins, Anthony F. Mullins, Timothy Mullins and Shane Mullins. Dale is also survived by four brothers Gary Blaine Mullins, Tony Gearld Mullins, Lowell Reid Mullins, Stoney Eric Mullins and three sisters Lynn Mattingly, Gail Reed, Sherry Gynn Bundy and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Sunday,at 6:00 PM at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Monday at 1:00 PM at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Fonso and Verna Mullins Memorial Cemetery at Dorton, Kentucky.
