Jacqueline Mullins

Jacqueline "Jackie" Mullins, age 69, passed away Saturday, June 11, 2016 at the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Center in Hazard, Ky. Jackie was born on May 14, 1947 to her parents the late Leo Staton and Fairy Staton. She was the wife of the late Everette Douglas Mullins, a homemaker, and a member of the Freewill Baptist Church. Along with her husband and parents, Jackie was preceded in death by one brother, Harrison Staton, and one sister, Dorothy Brewer. Jackie is survived by one son, Jeffrey Douglas (Ann) Mullins, two daughters, Crystal Brooke (Darrell) Prater, Melissa Paige (Kirby) Thompson, special children, Mary Ann & Kenny Hamilton, two brothers, Danny Staton, Randall Anderson, one sister, Elizabeth Ray, five grandchildren, Alex Corbin, Ben Mullins, Bryleigh and Brady Thompson, McKenzie Hamilton, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Monday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Church services will be Monday and Tuesday at 7p.m. The funeral will be Wednesday June 15, 2016 at 1p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Gary Hall and Roy Spears officiating.
