Edward Kenton Gilpin

Edward Kenton Gilpin, age 62 passed away Tuesday, July 19, 2016 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Edward Kenton Gilpin was born on June 16, 1954 to his parents the late William George "Bill" Gilpin and Sally Margine Coleman Gilpin. Edward was a retired truck driver for Coca Cola Bottling Company and was a member of the Energyville Freewill Baptist Church. Edward Kenton Gilpin was preceded in death by his parents. Edward is survived by one son William Kenton Gilpin and two brothers William "Freddie" Gilpin his wife Cassondra, Chris Gilpin his wife Janie and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation for Edward Kenton Gilpin will be Wednesday at 6:00PM at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home. Church service will be held Thursday night at 7:00 PM. The Funeral will be Friday at 11:00 AM at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home. Officiating will be David Bentley. Burial will follow at the Potter Cemetery.
