Billy R. Miller, Sr.

Billy R. Miller, Sr. age 76, passed away Thursday, July 21, 2016 at his residence. Billy R. Miller, Sr. was born on October 20, 1939 to his parents the late Ross Miller and Lena Taylor Miller. Billy was a retired Heavy Equipment Operator for the State Of Kentucky and a member of the Freewill Baptist Church. Billy was preceded in death by his parents. Billy has no surviving siblings. Billy is survived by his wife Wanda L. Miller. Billy also is survived by two sons Billy R. Miller, Jr., Rondal Wayne Miller and two daughters Julia Diane Miller, Brittany L. Elkins and five grandchildren and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be a PRIVATE SERVICE FOR FAMILY ONLY from 5:00PM to 9:00 PM Sunday at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home. Funeral service will be a PRIVATE SERVICE Monday at 1:00 PM at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Davidson Memorial Gardens at Ivel, Ky.
