Mabel Mullins

Mabel Mullins, age 85, passed away Thursday, Oct. 13, 2016 at her home. Mabel was born on March 1, 1931 to her parents the late Delano "Dee" Wright and Rosie Wright Mullins. She was a homemaker and a member of Dorton General Baptist Church. Along with her parents, Mabel was preceded in death by one grandson, Jonathon Wayne Milam, five brothers, Franklin, Vilice, Carl, Clarence, and Andy Mullins, and two sisters, Derotha Bentley, and Gracie Baker. Mabel is survived by two daughters, Jean Denise (Donald) Richardson, DeAnn(Mark) Adkins, two sisters, Julie Ruth Hopson, Spicie Jean Belcher, one grandchild, Madison Stevens, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Friday at 6p.m. at the Dorton General Baptist Church. Church services will be Friday and Saturday at 7p.m. The funeral will be Sunday, Oct. 16, 2016 at 2p.m. at the Dorton General Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Wright Cemetery at Dorton.
