Joyce Nadine Dye

Joyce Nadine Dye, age 81, passed away December 6, 2016 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Joyce Nadine was born September 21, 1935 to her parents the late Cleo Meade and Nina Justice Meade. Joyce Nadine was a Retired School Teacher for the Pike County Board of Education, and a member of the Pike County Teacher Association, and a member of the Grace Baptist Church. Joyce Nadine was preceded in death by her parents and one sister Marie Epling. Joyce Nadine is survived by her husband, Hobert Dye. Joyce Nadine is survived by two daughters Derenda Duty, Tammy Dye, one sister Shelby Coleman, two brothers Tommy Meade, Allen Meade and two grandchildren, Patrick Duty and Ben Duty and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Wednesday 6:00 PM till 10:00 PM at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home. Church service will be Thursday night at 7:00 PM. Funeral will be Friday 1:00 PM at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home with Brian Horton and Bob Norman officiating. Burial will follow in the Annie E. Young Cemetery, Shelbiana, Ky.
