Rita Burdine

Rita Burdine, age 67, passed away Saturday December 10, 2016 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Rita was born on April 28, 1949 to her parents the late Everett Roberts and Pauline Branham Roberts. Rita was a retired legal secretary for the Kentucky Department of Transportation. Rita was preceded in death by her parents and one brother Gary Roberts. Rita is survived by two sons Richard (Kimberly) Burdine, Everett (Dora) Burdine and two brothers Randy Roberts, Andy Roberts, six grandchildren and two great grandchildren and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Sunday at 6:00 PM at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home with church service at 7:00 PM. Funeral service will be Monday at 12:00 Noon at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Branham Cemetery at Lizzie Fork.
