Thelma Bowling

Thelma Bowling, age 72, passed away Thursday, Dec. 22, 2016 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Thelma was born on July 10, 1944 to her parents the late Mack Robinson and Goldie Newsome Robinson. She was the wife of Junus B. Bowling, a homemaker, and a believer of the Old Regular Baptist Faith. Along with her parents, Thelma was preceded in death by one brother, Lawrence Robinson. Along with her husband, Thelma is survived by one son, Daniel Bowling, one daughter, Penny Mills, two brothers, Arlin and Raymond Robinson, two sisters, Willie Ann George, Blanche Roberts, four grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Monday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. The funeral will be Tuesday, Dec. 27, 2016 at 1p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home.
