Mary Hampton

Mary Hampton, age 41, passed away Monday, Jan. 2, 2017 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Mary was born on Dec. 8, 1975 to her parents Linda Varney Casey and the late Everett Roberta Worrix. She was the wife of David Hampton, a homemaker, and a member of the Upper Grapevine Church of Christ. Along with her father, Mary was preceded in death by one brother, Chad Everett Worrix, and one sister, Robert Marie Worrix. Along with her mother, Mary is survived by her dad, Daris Casey, two daughters, Sarah Lynn Hampton, Shania Marie Hampton,one sister, Missy Wolford, and a host of loving family and friends who will miss her dearly. Visitation will be Wednesday at 6p.m. at the Upper Grapevine Church of Christ. Church services will be Wednesday and Thursday at 7p.m. The funeral will be Friday, January 6, 2017 at 12 noon at the Upper Grapevine Church of Christ with Dwayne Abshire and Jimmy Abshire officiating. Burial will follow in the Varney Cemetery at Phyllis, Ky.
