Angela Patrick Mattingly

Angela Patrick Mattingly, age 50 passed away February 2, 2017 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Angela was born on May 30, 1966 to her parents Patsy Patrick and the late Ralph E. Patrick. Angela was a X-Ray Technician for the Pikeville Medical Center and an Insurance Agent for Elite Insurance Company. Angela was a member of the American Association of Radiologic Technology and a member of the Blessed Hope Church. Angela was preceded in death by her father Ralph E. Patrick. Angela is survived by her husband Jonathan Todd Mattingly. Angela is survived by her mother Patsy Patrick, one daughter Brittany (Aaron) Neeley and one brother Ralph Patrick, Jr. and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation for will Saturday, 6:00 PM at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home. Church service Saturday night at 7:00 PM. Funeral will be Sunday, at 1:00 PM at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home with Chris Bartley and Tommy England officiating.
