Alora Mullins

Alora Mullins, age 87 passed away Saturday, March 18, 2017 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Alora was born on September 22, 1929 to her parents the late Simon Bentley and Virgie Little Bentley. Alora was a homemaker and a member of the Pilgrim Rest Old Regular Baptist Church. Alora was preceded in death by her husband Harold Ernest Mullins and her parents. Alora was also preceded in death by two brothers Odie Bentley, Joe Bentley, four sisters Nannie Tackett, Wanda Mullins, Jessie White, Sara Tackett. Alora is survived by one son Sheldon Gerald Mullins (Tina Stacy) two daughters Priscilla Mullins (Paul), Shelia Sexton (Winfield Scott). Alora is survived by one brother Teddy Bentley (Ruby) three sisters Ella Little, Oma Wright (Junior) Betty Stewart (Vernie), eight grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Sunday at 6:00 PM at the Pilgrim Rest Old Regular Baptist Church. Church services Sunday and Monday night at 7:00 PM. Funeral will be Tuesday at 1:00 PM at the Pilgrim Rest Old Regular Baptist Church with Goble Burke, Jerry Damron, Tony Bentley, Danny Belcher, Robert Osborne officiating. Burial will follow in the Harold Mullins Cemetery, Myra, Kentucky.
