Michael David Maynard

Michael David Maynard, age 51, passed away Sunday, April 2, 2017 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Michael was born on May 6, 1965 to his parents the late Fayette Maynard and Mary Faye Maynard. He was the long time love of Mona Hopkins, and a retired construction worker. Along with his parents, Michael was preceded in death by one step son, Terry Runyon, four brothers, and two sisters. Along with his long time love, Michael is survived by two daughters, Courtney Maynard, Summer Maynard, two special nieces, Stacy Meade, Amanda Maynard, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Friday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. The funeral will be Saturday April 8, 2017, at 1p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Maynard Runyon Cemetery at Varney.
