Fred Slone

Fred Slone Jr., age 40, passed away Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at Dorton, Ky. in a motorcycle accident. Fred was born on August 1, 1976 to his parents Fred Slone and Connie Lucas Slone. He was a coal miner and a member of the Motorcycle club Iron Order. Along with his parents, Fred is survived by two sons, Tanner Slone, Nicholas Taylor Slone, one daughter, Alexis Faith Slone, one sister, Joy (Mike) Bartley, his step father, Ercel "Doc" Slone, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Saturday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Church services will be Saturday and Sunday at 7p.m. The funeral will be Monday, May 1, 2017 at 12 noon at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Burnin White officiating. Burial will follow in the Lucas Baker Cemetery at Shelby Gap.
