Ida Mitchell

Ida Reynolds Mitchell, age 85,passed away Monday, May 1, 2017 in Lakeland, Florida. Ida was born on July 30, 1931 to her parents the late Calvin Reynolds and Dora Newsome. Beloved wife of the late Charles E. Mitchell of Pikeville, Ky., a loving aunt and treasured great aunt to many nieces and nephews. A friend of many, Mrs. Mitchell was also a retired Publix Food Store employee. Visitation will be Thursday from 5p.m. to 10p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. The funeral will be Friday, May 12, 2017 at 12 noon at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Mitchell Cemetery at Sookey's Creek.
