Nancy Ratliff

Nancy Marie Ratliff, age 74, passed away Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Nancy was born on May 17, 1942 to her parents the late Lora Slone and Viola Varney Slone. Nancy was the wife of Will D. Ratliff, a homemaker, and a member of the Calvary Primitive Baptist Church. Along with her parents, Nancy was preceded in death by three brothers, Clayton, Corbett, and Freddy Slone. Along with her husband, Nancy is survived by one son, Ricky Ratliff, two daughters, Donna Coleman, Rhonda Gilman, one brother, Garland Slone, two sisters, Barbara Sue Locke, Vesta Justice, five grandchildren, Angel, Lydia, Michael, Heather, Donovan, three great grandchildren, Lukas, Elijah, Johnnie, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Thursday at 6p.m. at the Cedar Bottom Old Regular Baptist Church at Kimper. Church services will be Thursday and Friday at 7p.m. The funeral will be Saturday, May 20, 2017 at 1p.m. at the Cedar Bottom Old Regular Baptist Church with Primitive Baptist Ministers officiating. Burial will follow in the Layne Cemetery at Kimper.
