Nellie Hall

Nellie B. Hall, age 83, passed away Friday, June 23, 2017 at her home. Nellie was born on Dec. 27, 1933 to her parents the late Roscoe Blankenship and Vannie Turner Blankenship. She was the wife of the late CB Hall, a homemaker, and a member of the Elk Creek Baptist Church in Ohio. Along with her husband and parents, Nellie was preceded in death by one daughter, Carolyn K. Hall, and several brothers and sisters. Nellie is survived by six children, Vicki Charles, Charles Curtis Hall, Donna Bolden, James Edward Hall, Doris Annette Hall, Darlene Logan, Shirley Davis, who was like a daughter, one brother, Charles Blankenship, eight grandchildren, several great grandchildren, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Saturday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Church services will be Saturday and Sunday at 7p.m. The funeral will be Monday at 11a.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Morgan Chapman officiating. Burial will follow in the Green Acres Cemetery at Whitesburg, Ky.
