Lois Elizabeth Salyer

Lois Elizabeth Salyer, age 85, of Pikeville, Ky. passed away Saturday,July 15, 2017 at the Parkview Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Center. She was born on May 24, 1932, to her parents the late Charlie Johnson and Viola Johnson. Lois was a caregiver, homemaker and a member of the Penny Road Church. Along with her parents Lois was preceded in death by one brother, Charles Johnson. Lois is survived by one son, Phillip Howard Johnson his wife (Margaret), two daughters, Donette Collier her husband (Carlos),Patricia Lynn Bentley. Lois is also survived by nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Visitation will be Sunday at 6:00 PM at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home. Church services will be Sunday and Monday night at 7:00 PM. Funeral will be Tuesday at 1:00 PM at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home with Burnin White officiating. Burial will follow at the Annie E. Young Cemetery, Shelbiana, Kentucky.
