Miles Hall

Miles Hall, age 87, of Left Fork of Island Creek, passed away on October 13, 2017 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Miles was born on December 8, 1929 to his parents the late Bill Hall and Maggie Rose Hall. Miles was a retired coal miner and a member of the Ashcamp Old Regular Baptist Church. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters. Miles is survived by one son James Donnie Hall (Pam), two daughters Gail Meade (Fred), Debbie Bryant (Joe). Miles is also survived by nine grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren, nine great great grandchildren and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Sunday, October 15, 2017, 3:00 PM at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home. Monday, October 16, 2017, 1:00 PM visitation will be at the Island Creek Old Regular Baptist Church. Church services will be held each night at 7:00 PM. Funeral will be held Tuesday, October 17, 2017 at 12:00 Noon at the Island Creek Old Regular Baptist Church with Arnold Adkins officiating. Burial will follow in the Hall Cemetery on Island Creek.
