Theresa Gaye Bartley

Theresa Gaye Bartley, age 58, of Elkhorn City, passed away Saturday, October 21, 2017 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Theresa was born on November 8, 1958, to her parents the late Harold Gene (Red) Belcher and Irma Jean McDavid Belcher. Theresa was the wife of Elster Ray Bartley. Theresa was an employee of the Eye Site and was of the Church of God Faith. Theresa was preceded in death by her parents and one infant brother Wendall Wayne Belcher. Along with her husband, Elster, she is survived by one son, Christopher Ray Bartley (Ashley), one brother, Jeff Belcher (Dorothy). She is survived by a Special Niece Amanda Sue Lucas, a host of nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great great nieces and nephews. Theresa is survived by two grandchildren Landon Todd Bartley, Caroline Nicole Bartley and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Sunday, October 22, 2017, 6:00 PM at the Church of God, Elkhorn City with services at 7:00 PM. Funeral will be Monday, October 23, 2017, 11:00 AM at the Church of God, Elkhorn City, with Scottie Adkins officiating. Burial will follow at the Bartley Cemetery at Elkhorn City.
