Fayetta Slone

Fayetta Slone, age 63, of Shelbiana, Ky., passed away Thursday, December 28, 2017 at her residence. Fayetta was born on January 14, 1954 to her parents the late Bill Keen and Ova Thacker Keen Justice. She was the wife of Billy Ray Slone. Fayetta was a Home-Care Aide and a member of The Sutton Freewill Baptist Church. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by four brothers, James McPeek, Roger Keen, Robert McPeek and Don McPeek, two half sisters, Kelsie, Faye, four half brothers, Poster Keen, Joe Keen, Wetsel Keen, Teddy Keen. Along with her husband she is survived by one step daughter, Elaine Hall, step son, Bill Dwayne Slone. She is survived by three brothers Billy C. Charles Keen, Dolph McPeek, Hillard McPeek, and one sister, Shirley Slone. She is survived by two step grandchildren and a host loving family and friends. Visitation will be Saturday, December 30, 2017, at 6:00 PM at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home. Church Service Saturday and Sunday night at 7:00 PM. Funeral Service will be Monday, January 1, 2018, at 1:00 PM at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home with Jack Justice and Bill Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the Yates Cemetery, Shelbiana, Ky.
