Michael Ewers

Michael Ewers, age 71, of Pikeville, Ky, passed away on Thursday, January 11, 2018, at the Pikeville Medical Center. Michael was born on February 19, 1946 to his parents the late Edgar Ewers and Frona Ewers. Michael was retired from Bellsouth Telephone Company and was of the Baptist Faith. Michael is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Ann Ewers. Michael is survived by one son, John D. Ewers, two daughters, Kimberly Ewers, Rebecca (Andy) Blair. Michael is survived by two sisters, Sharon Cox, Karen Gail (Tommy) Thacker, four grandchildren, Emily Blair, Elizabeth Blair, Joshua Laird, Andrew Laird and a host of loving family and friends. A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, January 15, 2018, at the Meta Baptist Church at 12 Noon. In-Lieu of Flowers donations be made to: Meta Baptist Church.
