Isaac Paul Walters

Isaac Paul Walters, age 82 of Pikeville, Ky., passed away January 19, 2018, at the Signature Healthcare Center. Isaac was born on September 6, 1935 to his parents the late Dewey Walters and O'Dessie Francis Walters. Isaac was the husband of Ortha Walters. Isaac was a Coalminer, Heavy Equipment Operator and was employed by Ashland Oil. Along with his parents Isaac was preceded in death by two brothers, J.D. Walters, A.B. Walters and one infant sister. Isaac is survived by his wife Ortha Walters. Isaac is survived by two sons, Craig Walters (Melvina), Kent Walters (Chrissy), one daughter, Marchell Blevins (Tim). He is survived by two brothers, Phillip Dean Walters (Mary), Ernest Gene Walters (Charolette), three sisters Charolette Walters, Diana Holland (Bryant), Willa Marie Sims, eight grandchildren, two great grandchildren and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Sunday, January 21, 2018, 6:00 PM at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home. Monday, January 22, 2018, 1:00 PM visitation will be at the Apple Orchard Old Regular Baptist Church. Church service will be Monday night at 7:00 PM. Funeral will be Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at 11:00 AM at the Apple Orchard Old Regular Baptist Church with Old Regular Baptist Ministers officiating. Burial will follow in the Apple Orchard Cememtery, Lower Brushy.
