Jimmy Elbert Justice

Jimmy Elbert Justice, 45, of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Tuesday, June 23, 2009 at St. Joe East Hospital in Lexington, KY. Jimmy was born November 11, 1963 to Lorine Justice Damron and the late Reffer Justice. He was a Sunday School teacher, Superintendent, and Deacon at the Poor Bottom Freewill Baptist Church. Besides his mother, Jimmy is survived by his wife, Marlene Renee Caudill Justice, one son, Jimmy Elbert Justice Jr of Pikeville, KY, and one daughter, Phyllis Justice of Elkhorn City, KY. He is also survived by two brothers, Denville Justice of Shelbiana, KY and Benny Justice of Shelbiana, KY, and four sisters, Draxie Justice McGregor of MI, Gloria Gibson of Shelbiana, KY, Mary Lozier of Pikeville, KY, and Diane Riley of Regina, KY. Jimmy leaves behind four grandchildren, Jimmy Tyler, Leland Dewayne, Aiden Alexander, and Madison Mary Grace. Visitation for Jimmy will be after 6 PM Wednesday at the Poor Bottom Freewill Baptist Church with special services Wednesday and Thursday at 7 PM. Funeral Services will be held Friday June 26, 2009 at 1 PM at the Poor Bottom Freewill Baptist Church.
