Arnie Damron

Arnie Damron, 52, of Pikeville, KY passed away Tuesday June 23, 2009 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Arnie was born March 8, 1957 to Faye Bentley Damron and the late Reece Damron. He is preceded in death by one sister, Brenda Carol Damron. He was the kitchen manager at Applebee's. Besides his mother, Arnie is survived by one brother, Randy Damron of Gainesville, GA, three sisters, Evelyn (David) Hall of Pikeville, KY, Carol (Mike) O'Boyle of Cleveland, OH, and Loretta (Chester) Newsome of Caney Highway. Arnie also leaves behind four nieces, Cara Hall, Carmen Hall, Miranda Colley, and Alisha Newsome, and four nephews, Ryan Newsome, Matt Damron, Dustin Damron, and Daniel Damron. Visitation will be held at Caney Old Regular Baptist Church after 6 PM Wednesday June 24 with special services Wednesday and Thursday at 7 PM. Funeral services will be at the church at 11 AM Friday. Burial will follow at the Case Cemetery.
