Danny Ray Justice

Danny Ray Justice, age 63, passed away Tuesday, July 21st, 2009 at his home. Danny was born on Feb. 15, 1946 to his parents the late Perry Justice and Cynthia Robinson Justice. He was the husband of Irma Yates Justice, and a member of the Greasy Creek Freewill Baptist Church. He also served his country honorably in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He was disabled. Along with his parents, Danny was preceded in death by one son in law, Michael J. Pinion, two brothers, Robert and Charlie Justice, and two sisters, Phyllis Jean Causey and Alpha Marie Rowe. Along with his wife, Danny is survived by two sons, James Justice and Larry Justice both of Shelbiana, one daughter, Cynthia Pinion of Shelbiana, eight grandchildren,and host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Wednesday at 6p.m. at the Greasy Creek Freewill Baptist Church. The funeral will be Friday 7-24-2009 at 1p.m. at the Greasy Creek Freewill Baptist Church with Jimmy Jack Adkins and Others officiating. The burial will follow in the Justice Family Cemetery. Special services will be held on Wednesday and Thursday evenings at 7 p.m.
