Lottie Mae Hall age 87 passed away Thursday 2-5-2009 at the Good Shepherd Nursing Home in Phelps, Ky. Lottie was born on May 5th, 1921 to her parents the late Jim Phillips and Anna Justice Phillips. She was the wife of the late Evangelist Roy Hall, a retired beautician, and a member of the Fed's Creek Church of Christ. Along with her husband and parents, Lottie was preceded in death by five brothers, two sisters, and one step daughter. Lottie is survived by two sons, Buddy (Betty) Hall of Phyllis, Ky., David (Connie) Hall of Big Card Crk, one step son, Roy (Nancy) Hall Jr. of Huntington, WV., five daughters, Patty (Willard) Fuller of Fed's Crk, Gloria (Frank) Robinette of Stopover, Ky., Ruth (George) Bevins of Phyllis, Ky., Joyce (Jerry) Tackett of Columbus, Ohio, Carol (Jim) Ratliff of Indianapolis, In., one step daughter, Faye (David) Lovejoy of South Point, Ohio, one sister, Lucy (Phil) Justice of Rittman, Ohio, nineteen grandchildren, twenty-four great-grandchildren, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Friday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. The funeral will be Sunday 2-8-2009 at 2p.m. at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home with Fred Osborne and others officiating. The burial will follow in the Davidson Memorial Garden at Ivel.
