Freddy Lee Collins

Freddy Lee Collins, age 36, of Stone Coal Rd passed away on Tuesday, November 4, 2008 at his residence. He was born on May 24, 1972 the son of Lona Marie Little Collins and the late Charles Collins. In addition to his father he was also preceded in death by two brothers, Roger Dale Collins and Arthur William Collins. Freddy had worked for the City of Pikeville and was a member of the Stone Coal Freewill Baptist Church. In addition to his mother, he is also survived by one sister, Carol Parsons of Pikeville, KY. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 5, 2008, after 6 p.m. at the Stone Coal Freewill Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 1 p.m. at the Stone Coal Freewill Baptist Church with Dwight Buckley, Thomas Webb, & others officiating. Burial will follow in the Newsome Branch Cemtery at Penny Road at Virgie. Special services will be held on Wednesday and Thursday nights at 7 p.m.
